Our History

This story begins in 1975: René Debray establishes his carpentry and joinery business, within which he manufactures furniture, kitchens, entrance doors, framework..., all custom-made. The quality of his work and their diversity allow him to capitalize on a recognized expertise in woodworking, which he will have the opportunity to apply in a new, in-demand field in the early 1980s: the production of moulds for precast concrete. In 1986, he built a new 800 m² workshop to meet the growing demands of his local clients. Techniques evolved, with the use of various materials and finishes, such as the use of elastomers. In the 1990s, the company expanded beyond the local sphere, offering its services in Belgium, Germany, and the Paris region, to cover different types of precast and concrete. In 2003, Sébastien Debray joined the company and took over management the following year. The digital era began, and the company modernized between 2006 and 2008: integration of an efficient CAD system, investment in a large-scale 5-axis machining centre and its associated CAM, a new extraction system with automatic boiler feeding, and expansion of the workshop in 2012 to reach 1500m², including an isolated paint room. From 2015, we started incorporating composites (epoxy and polyester) in our most complex-shaped productions, with the investment in a new polyester paste projection machine. All these investments were made to improve efficiency, the company's technical performance, and push the limits of mould feasibility.
