We achieve two kinds of moulds : the wooden moulds and the elastomer
and resin moulds
Wooden
moulds
Three finitions:
bakelised
Resistant et economic; it is used when the surface finition is not critical..
Painting finition
(a few photographies)
Four layers of polyurethan painting, pulverized in painting cabin. A
high resistance to the concrete agression and a high quality finition
for element with complex form.
Stratified finition (a
few photographies)
A stratified sheet glued on the mould surface giving it a slope aspect.
Te resistance of the stratified mould is more important that the painting
moulds one. However, this stratification can not be achieved one complex
elements.
Elastomere
and resine moulds
- Elastomere moulds
- Matrix with aspect (stone, wood, ...)
- Fonctional matrix (briquette...)
- Polyester moulds
- Models
We working with three different materials:
Polyurethan (a
few photos)
Used when the life of the moulds shall be consequent, or when the
element presents a high complexity. The stripping stage is also, facilitated,
especially for some concrete like DUCTAL.
Silicon(A
few photos)
More than the polyurethan advantages, silicon do not require any stripping
wax. It gets also a very high life time and a high fineness.
Polyester
(a few photos)
Contrarely to the two last components, polyester is rigid.
